According to a tweet from Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, the Brooklyn Nets have fired head coach Avery Johnson.
Johnson's Nets' have struggled to a 14-14 record so far this season, and he has posted an overall record of 60-116 record as the head coach of the Nets.
The most surprising thing is the fact that Avery Johnson and his Nets started the season at 11-4 and Johnson was named Coach of the Month in November. According to a tweet from ESPN Stats and Info, the Nets' 11-4 start in November was the best 15 game start in franchise histroy.
