Black Monday ended the run of the longest tenured coach in the NFL, Andy Reid. Andy Reid had coached the Philadelphia Eagles for 14 seasons. In those 14 seasons his Eagles appeared in the playoffs 9 times and made it to the Super Bowl once. Coach Reid's record with the Eagles career wise is 130-93. Coach Reid is going to be one of the most sought after coaches in this offseason. Which begs the question, what team would be the best fit for Andy Reid?

Arizona Cardinals
This to me would be one of the better spots for him to land. He is familiar with QB Kevin Kolb already since he had him as a quarterback in Philadelphia. The Cardinals defense is hard hitting and has one of the up and coming corners in the league in Patrick Peterson. They are in a state of the art stadium, and the Phoenix area is starving for a winner. The Cardinals ownership will probably give Andy Reid the leeway he needs to put a winner on the field and will execise patience with Andy. Besides, Larry FitzGerald is there! You think Andy Reid would love to work with a superstar receiver like that.

Chicago Bears
The Bears have weapons that Coach Reid would be able to utilize quickly. Jay Cutler has a solid arm, Brandon Marshall is a beast a wide receiver, Matt Forte and Michael Bush are a good running back tandem. The Bears defense is one of the most opportunistic defenses in the NFL. He would be able to handle a rabid fan base like Chicago's as well , especially after his experience in Philadelphia ! I could definately see this as a fit for Andy Reid.

San Diego Chargers
The weather would be nice, the weapons would be in place and Andy Reid would be near home since he was born in Los Angeles. Phillip Rivers would not have to worry about not throwing the ball enough because Andy Reid loves top dial up the pass plays. The AFC West is weak. The Denver Broncos are the cream of that division with no real competition out of the other 3 teams that reside in that division. Andy Reid would be able to compete instantly for division crowns if he went to San Diego. The Chargers fired general Manager A.J. Smith and Head Coach Norv Turner on Black Monday. So whoever they hire as the New GM would like to make a big splash with their coaching hire. Andy Reid would be that big splash.
