I was thinking really hard about a topic to write about, but something about the Golden State Warriors stuck. I was browsing through Twitter yesterday and saw Harrison Barnes trending, and I didn't know why. Later, I found out that Barnes had some phenomenal plays against Oklahoma City Thunder. This trend went viral, and I saw tweets that said that he should win the Rookie of the Year! The Golden State Warriors have been explosive this year. and they are not slowing down. David Lee, Stephen Curry, and Harrison Barnes have been role-players.

First, I want to get my rave completed about Stephen Curry. Curry is better than Russell Westbrook, and I am going to back it up. Curry has better accuracy in his shots, and he has better form. He can knock down 3's with ease, and Westbrook can too. But I have to give the edge to Curry on shooting accuracy and form. Curry has averaged 20.9 PPG (Points-Per-Game) and 6.6 APG (Assists-Per-Game), and Westbrook has averaged 22.7 PPG (Points-Per-Game) and 8.1 APG (Assists-Per-Game). Westbrook has the edge with scoring and assisting. Who has the better superstar plays? I think Curry does, because if you look at his spectacular plays; they are flawless. He can make a crazy bounce passes and knock down 3's smoothly. Curry gets the edge hands-down with superstar plays. Westbrook and Curry are known for their leadership, and this debate can go both ways. I think Curry is a better leader, because his team doesn't have a "Kevin Durant" type player. Westbrook, of course; has KD. With that being said, Curry is a better leader. My rave about Curry may upset you, but think about Curry's performances this year.

David Lee and the Warriors are currently ranked 4th in RPG (Rebounds-Per-Game), and Lee has been a huge help. He has averaged 10.8 RPG (Rebounds-Per-Game), being ranked 8th in the NBA. My question to you is, "Do you think Lee can be compared to Kevin Love?" Lee has had a stellar season, and I think he can be compared. Lee may not be a better scorer, but he is an explosive all-around player.

I think the Warriors can be playoff contenders. They have made impressive some appearances against high-end teams. I think Curry and Lee can be compared to some superstars.
